Sometimes Four Seasons sends me random emails.

When I reply with a random email of my own I get

DoNotReply@fourseasons.com does not receive emails.

People don't want to interrupted by email bots.

And people especially don't want to be interrupted by email bots that don't listen.

If you are implementing email for a company please know that there is never a reason to use a no-reply email address--there is always a more user-friendly, more human way. 100% of the time.
